very limited shuttle and bell staff relatively uninformed about travel modes or anything beyond their own experience in that area

The casino is the best to play poker!
The Jacuzzi is just a whirlpool bathtub.

This hotel is great because it is next to best outlets I've ever shopped at. The casino, sports bar, restaurant, buffet, New York deli, and gym are all great. The pool is the only knock on this hotel it is so tiny but my room had a Jacuzzi so I don't care about the pool. Overall a real good hotel, and if you gamble then this hotel will be heaven! Service in Eden Restaurant was slow.
Thought this was a great hotel. Enjoyed it very much. Would go back.
